Transphormation Progress

I think that I finally figured out the way to get my pictures uploaded in this little thing! So my transphormation!







These are my starting pictures. I am actually in a pretty good place in these photos. I had been using the Opti-Greens50 for 2 weeks and was starting to incorporate more of 1st Phorm’s products into my routine.

Here’s after week one:



I was feeling very good. I started using the Micro-Factor multivitamin system and the Full-Mega along with continuing the Opti-Greens 50.

After another week. So after week 2, and this morning:



I will admit, I was a bit disappointed when I saw these, but I knew that I had to post them because they show that not all fitness progress is linear. I felt like I have been on my A game and these show that I am bloated and I am not magically leaning out the way that I may want to. But I will not stop because I know that as long as I keep going, I will make the best progress I ever have before.

This past week I have incorporated the Level-1 protein in my overnight oats and morning proates (protein oats, tee hee) along with and the Phormula-1 and Ignition post workout system. I have definitely felt a difference consuming the protein after working out.

Everything that I have been incorporating have been assisting me to reach my goals in one way or another. And I will admit that there has been less bloating and gassiness along with feeling stronger.

I was sick the last week and that made things a bit harder as well, but I kept pushing forward and listening to my body. I was fueling it as I usually would and I believe my body is all the better because of it!

I will post more updates as I go. I am thinking the next update will be at the 1 month mark so that I can really see if there is a change coming.
